"Things Are Not What They Seem To Be ..."This is a story of the thoughts and creative process which inspires the work of a well-known and professional artist – Blair T. Paul. The video explores the subjective nature of viewer interpretation which Blair illustrates through the process of in completion and subtraction. Blair understands that each person looks at life and the world around them as well as his work, through their own personal lens. Blair challenges and pushes the imagination of each viewer to realize and appreciate that “things are not what they seem to be” – hence the name of this title.
